最近一口氣看完了Netflix的《混沌少年時》(Adolescence),同時又在閱讀海特(Jonathan Haidt)的新作《失控的焦慮世代:手機餵養的世代,如何面對心理疾病的瘟疫》(The Anxious Generation: How the Great Rewiring of Childhood is Causing an Epidemic of Mental Illness)。本來還在沉澱關於社交媒體對青少年影響的描述與分析,看到「教會普查」的報告即時反應是:若我們只從成年人及堂會的角度看青少年,可能難以對症下藥。
